Shipping

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) after you receive your order confirmation. You'll get a second email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note that during holidays or launch days, processing times may be longer than usual due to high demand.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more with code "FREESHIP100". For orders below $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office to file a missing mail claim. DoughMazing is not responsible for missing or lost mail.

Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to find a solution.
